Why I Signed Up For Full-Time Ministry

I didn’t sign up to do full time ministry because I wanted to be successful. I didn’t sign up to do full time ministry because I wanted to be known. I didn’t sign up to do full time ministry because I wanted to be a leader or important or in charge. 

I signed up for full time ministry because I wanted to love and serve Jesus. And hopefully, by the grace of God, I am serving Jesus in the way that He’s desired.

I have resolved that if ministry ever requires me to compromise radical love and obedience to Jesus, I won’t “do” ministry, I’ll just serve Jesus. 
I want to encourage you(Pastor/Leader) if ministry causes you to compromise loving and serving Jesus, resign from ministry and just love and serve Jesus.
